Yesterday proved that.

It's well publicised (yes Jonathan Pearce we get it) that our budget is below average for our league. However, I wonder what Lincoln's budget is? They showed what can be achieved when you have a clear plan and the players all know their role. In complete contrast we looked lost and the balance was horrendous.

No one expects promotion and our league position isn't far away from where it should be but it would be nice to see Town players able to pass the ball to each other occasionally.

It's soul destroying watching this side try to play, I genuinely don't think a new manager could make it any less fun.

Motivation is the key failure it would seem. The erratic form of being up for some games and not others by the players.
Quality from the likes of Sears and Ward which we have witnessed has been drained from them.
Where was the Motivation, Passion, Drive and anger in the Second half? We were as flat as the First half?
Any leaders and Motivators at half time in that dressing room?
