We would probably offer him half a year's wages as severance if he was dismissed. Standard practice in football circles, from what I've been told only Liverpool pay up the entire contact when they fire their manager.

As I have stated before, why would ME want to pay off MM & TC as well as employ a new manager this season? I can see it happening in the summer but not before the end of the season, this season is over apart from being mathematically safe from relegation. The money would be much better spent on new players rather than compensation this season.
