If we were to get a new young manager, could he be an asset in an advisory role under a similar deal to Derby and Birmingham where he was/is paid a bonus if targets are met and not paid a salary?

That's why I think it's BS. Evans won't spend what those two would demand. Lampard would be desperate not to fail in his first managerial post, so he'd want plenty of cash to spend. And we know how much 'Arry likes to spend someone else's hard earned. I have to say though, it would be intreging, so I'd go for it. Unfortunately I think we've got another 5 to 6 months of MM dirge before he finally gets hounded out. | |
