One that is controlled and regulated by the Goverment.

If you have nothing to hide etc etc etc....

However, this is of grave concern...although, saying that, companies like BT do this on a regular basis.

Do a little search for BT Phorm trials to see what I mean - the one upside of Government regulation etc. is that you definitely know you are being snooped on.....
