You're swerving as much as Glassers now.

Where in the article does it say when the tests were?

Stop swerving and answer - do you disagree with the police?

learn to read. you're coming across as a bit of a pratt. i'll leave you to it

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

The sprinklers wouldn't have got to a fridge fire mate.

The only thing a sprinkler system may have helped with is damping down the building, may have made the smoke less, and cooked the building down somewhat.

There is also the other side of the coin, that the first load of water being dumped on any fire would have caused steam. Which would have been very dangerous.

As it seems the fire spread using a chimney effect of the cladding then a sprinkler system would have been fairly useless against the fire.

The best time to get to a fire is when it just starts. In these tower blocks, the residents should be provided with basic fire fighting training, be provided with a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher for each apartment.

Most sensible suggestion I've seen anywhere re fire prevention in tower blocks.

I can just imagine the hilarity amongst the hooligan element of opposition fans if they ever "stake out" the fans on this forum prior to a match. They would probably expect our fans to turn up with their mummy's if they read these threads.

you are incorrect, i said it had a Labour MP, but don`t let facts get in the way, anyway, why bring me into a thread i haven`t even posted on, nice try at a dig though you idiot

The problem you have here is that anyone can click on your profile and see the comments that you're made on threads previously.

I did this, and it came up with you saying "it can`t be the council`s fault they are run by Labour. it must be the Government`s fault don`t ya know"

You also haven't said anything about the area having a Labour MP.

Sorry Dollers but the Mrs walked through the door with a Pretty Green jacket for me that is completely inappropriate for a man of my age. We spent ten minutes discussing whether I should keep it. She then b*ggered up the garage door so it wouldn't shut properly, so I had the idea of nudging it semi closed with the car until someone could come out in the morning to look at it and put too much on the accelerator and made a massive dent in it. Now need anew garage door.

I can't even remember what I'm supposed to be answering. Enjoy your night mate.

Betters is thick though. There's plenty of evidence of that in this thread alone, let alone the numerous other threads where it's been in evidence.
