I am still firmly of the belief that we need a new manager for the club to progress as a football team I want to watch every week.

If the "five point plan" is actual strategic direction of the club then yes. The purse strings opening up a touch this summer have given me a bit of faith that MM will have enough quality to compete. the objective but ultimately over-achievement (on our budget) being top 6.
