That is a fantastic shop. Much better than bookshops in large towns and cities. Decent coffee there too.

Brandreth is an oddity. Sometimes he is genuinely amusing, other fimes just frustratingly annoying. The same applies when he does serious tv programmes as an expert commenter. He has days when it's all 'Look at me.', and others when he is really insightful and doesn't try to draw attention to himself. Probably quite a complex character.
