BT internet failed today so did the whole try resetting a few times no luck.
So hot in the live chat with some useless c@ockwomble who after 2 hrs said he would have to send an engineer out at £130 because he couldn't fix it his end and it wasn't a fault hub so was my wiring . Obviously told him where that idea could go (politely) before leaving chat. He then rings me up and tells me the same thing Iagain but over the phone saying if I won't listen to him he can't help etc then just hangs up.
Miraculously 10 minutes later it's all working fine.
I mean he wouldn't be making it fail due to what ever he was doing his end , thus making. E agree to an engineer and therefor forking out £130 would he?...
Did you try switching it off and turning it on again?
edit BT = Bl00dy Terrible. But they're all as bad as each other. The only call lines they staff adequately are the ones where they sign people up or try to stop people leaving.
