I think that you will find you have the right club but the wrong player.
Joe Lolley on loan is whats being thrown around in Huddersfield..
At 24 Barnsley want him full time but HUFC aren't keen as he is young and semi proven but wont get a game with who they have signed for the Premj |  | | |

He played one game as a striker in the League Cup for Rochdale, he scored one goal and was substituted in the 75th minute.
His other 2 games as a centre forward were in the U21 PL. He was sub in both games and scored in one of them.

He's an alright player and the fee is pretty cheap, however he's not going to solve our goalscoring problems as he's not even remotely close to a natural finisher and has a poor scoring record (even if you're classing him as a winger his goal / assist rate is poor). | | | |

Good player and one I genuinely hope we can pull off.
Had a bit of a hit & miss season last term, but the 2 seasons before were very decent and has a good goal record and pass accuracy so fingers crossed we can get this one over the line. Even more so if Joe's prices are accurate-that's very good business in what is a bonkers transfer window! |  |

Don't think 'good goal record' is quite true. I mean it's not awful but in 15/16 he got 6 in 42 appearances. That's a 1 in 7 strike rate.
Also pass accuracy is irrelevant as a stat against a player. It depends on the passes he's making. If he's coming in and playing it short to someone supporting more often than not you'd expect a very high %. If he's constantly spraying long balls then the stat has a very different meaning. | | | |
