It usually is as we played at Carlisle a few years back.
Appears they have done this to avoid a tie between Newport and West Ham who both cannot play at home at present. Newport are a north non seed while Birmingham and Wolves are south non seeds. Joke of a competition. |  | | |

I thought we missed out on being seeded by one place and then some teams lost last night who finished above us.
This regionalisation effect has totally ruined it and presumably meant that we miss out on a seeding because of ridiculous geography. | |
