Not sure what this says about Iorfa, Kenlock etc
My guess is that Mick likes Knudsen at LCB but doesn't fancy Kenlock at LB and this lad has come in for cover/gametime in that area. I'm only saying this because he wore number 3 for U20's and looks like he can play both sides. [Post edited 31 Aug 2017 22:06]

It's a signing that provides options for us, as well as further genuine cover/ competition for both full back positions.

If we manage to bring Goldson in as well (Phil's article states that's still a possibility) I wonder if that's to let Kenlock go out somewhere on loan... presumably we would have been working on something for him throughout the day if so. He hasn't really hit the ground running so far this season. | |

Hope so. Connolly might prove to be a very good signing, but I just think we could do with a defender who has experience especially as Chambers might not be completely match fit until after the QPR game. | |

We'd need more experience alongside Woolfenden though - not two full backs acting up as centre backs out of desperation. It's not fair to ask Woolfenden to play as 'lead' centre back at this stage. | |
