Haven't been in one place much recently so the cupboards are somewhat empty. Please suggest something I can make with any or all of the following:

Marmite

Omelette with fresh tomato, ham and cheese. With some beans on the side.

Not the most thrilling but quick tasty and if you had potatoes some wedges on the sid s would make it even better!

Ta, it was looking like an omelette or a frittata but not sure I have enough eggs for that.

I found some wedges in the freezer but I'm very much averse to them!
