Just enforce it with tough sanctions like a point deduction - That is the most valuable thing to all these teams breaking the rules. If you have to give 9 or 10 teams deductions at a time then so be it, no one would break the rules after that. |  | | |

FFP has teeth. The problem is working in a fair legal system, giving people the right to contest such sanctions. And of course, they will. |  |

I'd scrap transfer windows aswell - for heavens sake what was wrong with it open 365 days per year before. If you need to sell ala Leeds the year they went down, you can quickly before players values plummet.

What other business covers failure - perhaps the club should take out an insurance policy - loss of earnings
