F**K IT.....I,ll join the McCarthy out brigade...Boring boring football. ....Watched 90 minutes of toothless crap last week at Sheffield and now a huff/puff game v Norwich. Losing once again at home in the local derby. We are back to last seasons performances and results and the drab McCarthy interview.No more excuses left. We simply do not have the quality. How many players watched the game pass them by today ?
Evans does not give a dam about the football on offer or the clear lack of progress under McCarthy and Conner. Evans allows this apathy to continue. It has all been said over and over again. We come up against a good team and we lose comfortably.
Did anyone watch McCarthy walk as far away as he could from the fans as he made his way back to the changing room ? What does Conner offer ? He is the invisible side kick that says nothing at all. This club is F**KED. No wonder the fans stay away . Back to the 14000 next home game. |  |

It is heart breaking looking at the empty seats where long suffering loyal supporters used to once sit. McCarthy does not care much for the supporters and the anonymous Evans cares only about the revenue..
It is now one big glossy corporate sterile and stale shambles of what was once a club that entertained the supporters with attacking football. | |

I don't know. Some clubs go up on a relative shoestring budget, others get relagated with massive debts after overspending. Money certainly can help, so if that's seen as the easiest way to success then we should all have an issue with the way the club is run.
My comment was less about Mick and more about ITFC fans not settling for a goal of avoiding relegation to League 1. When did we last play in the third tier? That shouldn't be the level that defines our success. | |

Agree it is sad.
If you compare us to Norwich in our 16 years in the championship,at least they have had a bit of excitement,with going up,going down,and slipping down even further!

We do not even have a little traditional cup run anymore . Just look at the teams that have turned us over in previous years.
We had a few good games at the start of this season but that renewed hope soon faded away.
We are now watching other teams with more fighting spirit and the will to succeed. When has McCarthy ever gone over to the travelling supporters after a game ? He is only here for his own ego and to keep collecting his wage. No one dares rocking the boat at this club. | |
