That now makes it NINE games without a win, including being dumped out of the play-off semi-finals that they went on to win. No win since 2009, which means all of our younger fans only know what it's like to lose to Norwich. My two nephews both left Ipswich to support Norwich and said they don't regret the decision. Are we in danger of losing a whole generation of fans if we allow this record to continue?
I can't even remember the last time we beat them either, it was so long ago. Have forgotten that feeling. Sometimes I wish I supported a different team. Depressing times in footballing terms.

It's depressing though Benters. I did get a feel of what it's like "to live on the other side" this time round. Norwich fans fully elect their team to beat Ipswich at Carrow Road and get (at least) a draw away from home. Anything but and the players know they'd never hear the end of it. I think we've grown too used to these poor performances in big games. | |
