Sorry Archer you are purely looking at the short term, today's win. Last week particularly the second half was poor. Today mainly was poor unable to string 3 passes together by all acoounts. We aren't even a team we just seem 11 individuals thrown on to the pitch with no game plan and the hope it will come together. It is no fluke we aren't good enough to beat any of the top sides in this league. Just seems to get worse week on week. Where is the long term plan? Quite frankly we haven't got one.

Ward made a real difference with genuine width and ability to connect the midfield and attack and a great impact from Celina - think it's very important we play some genuine wide midfielders so can play a proper 442/4231 as so unbalanced other wise |  |

He’s got wingers to play 4-4-2, but doesn’t play them - Rowe, Celina and Ward. He seems to prefer to play strikers as wingers which loses aspects of the wide player role for me.
I don’t see this need to play Waghorn and Sears as wingers? Does he play them not to upset them, as clearly his first choice pairing up front is Garner and McGoldrick? | |

In a shockingly poor game against a team destined for League One our winner was scored by a richly talented player desperate to leave because he cannot stand MM ... says it all.

I think their argument is that they would rather gamble with a lesser known manager with perceived potential who could turn a club like ours (lower champ funds) into a promotion chasing team, but more likely has us in a relegation battle. They would be happier than having Mick, who will always over achieve but with a boring style. | | | |
