I think he's definitely earned a new contract.
He seems to have bulked up and really improved his fitness. I remember this happened with Mings who completely changed his physique one summer having made the same step up non league football.
Might even be an idea to send him out on loan to someone like Burton to test his capabilities in this division. [Post edited 29 Oct 2017 18:37]
