An early goal conceded and we’ll be in trouble. They will have a very makeshift back 4 in place so we should be able to go at them but a tense bore draw wouldn’t surprise me - and that won’t really help anyone.

If you take the last six games a "form" then it's pretty average rather than poor. There are a few teams on worse runs. I'm looking at the season as a whole which is only 14 or 15 games in. |  |

Sorry to nit-pick, 1888-9. Interestingly, perhaps, when I just checked cos it didn't feel quite right, I googled "Preston double", but all I got was, of course, double glazing in Preston.
I wonder if they still rub it in with Burnley, Blackburn etc. Hope so as it will give our great-grandchildren licence to continue to take our own history to the Budgies.
