Athens Marathon signoff post 17:17 - Nov 12 with 6117 viewsunbelievablue

We did it.

Jesus it was hot, and Jesus it was hilly.

5hrs 42mins a piece. Splits are on Strava. Did half in 2:15 then it didn’t stop going uphill for another 7 miles ha.

Thank you to all for putting up with so much Marathon spam and donating so generously to MIND. It sincerely means a hell of a lot to us both, and we’re humbled to have nearly raised £3k between us.

We might have failed to go sub 5hrs (darn Athenian hills) but we put everything into this today and, for once, actually deserve our beer!
