Sad times, I genuinely reckon Wanderers will fold!

Did Wanderers form from the disbanded British sugar SIL team?

Don't think so, pretty sure Wanderers were around a long while before that.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

I hope they don't as that would inevitably affect the Under 15's team too, I would imagine...

For anyone that saw me posting this last week and is interested, as the proud new sponsors of Ipswich Wanderers Under 15 Town, I went along on Saturday to take a few pics including a team photo, and it was great to see the lads all looking so smart in the newly branded kit...

I think we now know at whose door the blame can be laid.

Hmm, a new shirt sponsor, suddenly the coffers are empty for players wages.

We can blame Chenery Creative for the demise of the Wanderers then, not the kind of PR you were hoping for I imagine....

Whoah there... I can compete with them for empty coffers, unfortunately... and I've never had anything to do with the first team there - only one of their two under 15's teams, so on this occasion, I think the finger can be pointed elsewhere, or certainly not in this direction at the very least.

The blame is clearly yours for failing to support the first team.

I apologise profusely for putting trying my best to try and support my family ahead of supporting the Ipswich Wanderers first team. I have seen the error of my ways thanks to you, and I just hope that it's not too late for them to survive.

Perhaps they'll expand the training centre. I thought there was some sort of covenant preventing ITFC from selling off Playford Road to housing? Perhaps if ITFC do own Humber Doucy it covers that as well?

They don't. The covenent is on Portman Road, however, I think the training ground is largely designated playing field land so difficult to build on for the most part, although I was once told there's an area of the Bent Lane side which could be built on more easily.

There's the back bit of bent land side that is used for nothing at all, the old changing rooms etc, they certainly should flog off a large chunk of that and make a some fortune!
