Pretty sure he sold groceries, but I could be wrong. The top "businessman" of that era of Town players was Tom Garneys who had a car showroom at St.Margarets. |
Tom Garneys was landlord of The Mulberry Tree pub also I think at some point.
In later times Mick McNeil had sport shops.
