Agreed both were very good but the original series filmed in B&W somehow captured the age of the apprentices and dark factories an age I was part of.

Yeah I know it's Bolam. Unfortunately the M being next to the N and fat fingers on an iphone always causes me problems. That's why I always type if when I mean of.

I have followed this debate for years because I always felt sorry for Rodney.
I agree, he is either a very bitter man or something else happened. I always wondered if Rodney gave his Mrs one. |  |
