2 X poor decision making....proved costly. That's not a scapegoat.

Connolly was far more at fault for the second goal than Sears.

He did not play ok, he made a couple of poor decisions which directly led to outcomes against us.

Didn’t he put over a very decent cross to Huws who assisted Waghorn?

Same Sears?

Played a part in both goals, plenty of energy from him.
Good performance albeit should have played Celina in instead of shooting.

Town fans have a habit of making scapegoats but he makes a huge error when we should have gone 2-0 up then needlessly gives the ball away to set them up for 2-2. Can't be making the mistakes he did tonight at this level.

Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

Could have passed to put us 2-0 up but did not even have a look up to see Celina square with a tap in, then totally at fault in giving the ball away at the death....yes he was the difference between a win and a draw tonight.....poor effort!

No im not, blaming him for the draw is a complete over reaction even as raw as it is. You could pick several other players who could have stopped that goal and it was a fantastic cross by their lad. Sears is lack confidence (wonder why) but put in a great cross for our second. Their is an excellent player in there and it just nonsense to pin it all on him.

Er no he didn’t. Offers work rate and nothing else. Decision making is appalling and hopeless in front of goal.

Yes agree. The chance he had after that wonderful Waghorn pass he pushed too far wide and it was on his left foot which he isn’t confident with. Have we forgetten the quality ball he delivered to Huws for Ipswich’s second? I thought he did his bit tonight.

Plus pointing out obvious, & costly, mistakes isn't scapegoating.

TBH the cross was totally misread by Wednesday's defender, it was no more than a half decent cross into the box. Huws and Waghorn deserve all the credit for the goal, take your Sears tinted specs off!

Ignoring the positive contributions he made and giving way to much weight to his mistakes and not making anyone else culpritable when they clearly were is definitely scapegoating.

It was nothing like a great cross for our second. He managed to miss out all of our players in the box before it was rescued by Huws at the back post!

He offered more than workrate when he joined us though. Playing out of position for 18 months has f~cked up his confidence.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

It's been 2 and a half seasons now, you cannot put 30 odd months down to poor confidence. We signed him on the wave of his best season in league 1 and his momentum gave us a good 6 months.

Sears deserves some criticism, but it borders on scapegoating to say it wasn't a great cross and Huws rescued it. If Huws had more confidence he could have scored himself as it fell almost perfectly for him.
