I feel I left Trump's USA at just the right time. Cost of living in my old UK haunts of London/Brighton scupper moving back there. Toyed with the idea of Manchester/Scotland/Wales.
Decided on Berlin. Language issues aside, it's a great place to be. Affordable rent, cheap transport/food/living.
Unsure how Brexit is going to affect me. Will just have to wait & see. |  | | |

I might, especially if the development jobs dry up. I can go to a different country and get better pay and a better quality of life.

Not imminently planning to leave but I'd say the Brexit vote has increased my chances of doing so fairly substantially.
Right now i would never consider living anywhere in the UK except London. There are a number of professional reasons for that but also culturally it's the only place i feel aligned to at the moment.
As you can probably tell, i'm still immensely bitter about the subject and the potential difficulties to free movement it will bring. [Post edited 24 Nov 2017 12:39]

What area of jobs would you be looking for? There's a huge Start Up community here. Unfortunately not my area of expertise, but loads of Developing techy stuff. Most of them are generally English speaking environments. | | | |
