Correct it hasn't but, just for the record PJ left Town with some very good players that MM used to avoid relegation RK left Town with a very poor bunch

Both had reasonably good squads on paper, unfortunately, the FA insisted on making Keane and Jewell play them on grass. The thing I most resent about those two is the resources squandered. What could Mick have done with HALF the budgets they received?

"What could Mick have done with HALF the budgets they received?" Good question but his time at Wolves suggests he wouldn't have done too well at all.

Not sure I fully agree, I think we were a sinking ship under keane and Jewell was the man to sink it. Thankfully Mccarthy came in and kept us afloat. It is surprising that Evans was willing to give so much to terrible managers but after a decent manager Proves what he can do he won't give him the same.

Yeah that Championship winning side he built was just a waste of money really.

Paul Jewell in 2012-13 has got to be the worse manager we have ever had surely? The football was beyond dire, half the team was borrowed and couldn't care less and it genuinely felt like the end when he was there. It says a lot that the only signing he made still at the club is Luke Chambers. Also why did everyone wet themselves over JET all of the time? The bloke was absolutely awful - just because someone was on Arsenals books doesn't make them any good!

So with Jewell back in football... on 14:13 - Dec 1 with 7382 views | tractorshark | Keane was destructive, divisive and wasteful for the club. He had the man management skills of Genghis Khan but I never thought we would be relegated under him. We would have been relegated under Jewell. He was clueless at the end. Definitely the worst of the two.

The reality is that had Keane not have done to the club what he did, then we would not have needed Jewell to even come to the club! For me RK is the worst - he was hired as a big name so that ME could get his name board all over Sky Sports News as RK had an opinion on everyone else but was less forthcoming with his own shortcomings as Ipswich Manager

So with Jewell back in football... on 08:52 - Dec 2 with 7243 views | BackToRussia | Keane had the money and the timing and so for ITFC he was the biggest disappointment. We've never had a better opportunity to win promotion since we came down, we were outspending the division, had a decent bit of momentum having finished just outside the playoffs in the last two seasons. Jewell was a disaster but we all saw it coming, it was a terrible appointment from ME. As Keane was really but there was a kind of logic to it.
