Phone nerd advice 15:07 - Dec 4 with 2837 views | Lord_Lucan | Wife needs a new phone and she isn't overly bothered about the latest "ting" I am far too ill, tired and busy to look at options so anyone with some spare time, can you advise the best one for a tenner a month or under. Many thanks https://www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk/services/mobile/handsets

Phone nerd advice on 15:12 - Dec 4 with 2818 views | StirlingArcher | Honor 6X - i've read good things about Honor, you are getting a better phone than you're paying for... however... what would she use it for? some phones will do some things better than others ;)
Phone nerd advice on 15:12 - Dec 4 with 2817 views | Johnny_Boy | I'll be interested in this thread. My iPhone 4s is still (just) working. Was interested in going towards Android for my next one. Always hear good stuff with the Samsungs. Obviously I don't fancy spending £££££££'s on a brand spanking new model.

She has a two year old Samsung thing at the moment and gets on well with it, she would be happy with a like for like but I am presuming that during the past two years they have improved a bit. She mainly uses it for phone calls, Candy Crush and texting me abuse.

| Assumption is to make an ass out of you and me.
Those who assume they know you, when they don't are just guessing.
Those who assume and insist they know are daft and in denial.
Those who assume, insist, and deny the truth are plain stupid.
Those who assume, insist, deny the truth and tell YOU they know you (when they don't) have an IQ in the range of 35-49.

The samsungs on the list aren't bad, but for what you get under the hood the honor will dropkick them out of the park performance-wise. probably camera-wise too Sony do a solid range Samsung at that level are prone to touchwiz (operating system addon from samsung) slowing the phone down over time (and noticably so)
