Classic novels... on one poster!
Very clever. The image isn't just slapped over the text, the text goes around the image. So in theory you could stand in front of the poster and read the entire novel as none of the words are obscured.
Really cool gift for someone who loves a particular novel (I got War Of The Worlds by H.G. Wells for my brother).

But if you're a fan of a book then you can read certain passages. I think it's a good idea.

I've always had very good eyes but have recently got glasses with slight magnification, just to reduce eye-strain looking at a computer all day. My poster arrived today, and although the words are tiny, I was able to read them with my glasses on.
It's an art piece really, but an interesting and different one for a lover of that particular novel. It's just really clever to think the entire novel is there. I doubt anyone's actually going to stand there and read the whole thing. | |

No worries, glad to help. They come unframed (unless you buy one at his market stall - I saw it when he was at Spitalfields but didn't buy one then).
My plan is to find a framed picture that's the right size at a boot sale or in a charity shop and just swap the picture out. I got a quote of £55 for professional framing, which is nearly double the cost of the poster, so I thought "sod that!" | |
