Yep. In Clement's case it is harsh because he had his two best players sold towards the end of the last window and had to replace them with rubbish. I don't happen to think he is particularly good but he's not had a chance. | |

Too good for us? Whilst I feel sorry for him as Swansea are now clearly milking the riches of the PL for their owners and not interested in investing in the squad, I really think he is proving that he is probably a great number two, rather than head honcho.
Also, as Mullet allured to yesterday, if Evans continues to run the club as he has done, then what has Clement done that makes you think he could work successfully under those constraints?

What has he actually done to deserve his reputation? As a manager I mean. He is massively overrated and I'd be disappointed if he came here.
He seems to be one of those names that fans get stuck in their head and mention forever despite their actual record.

A bit although he can actually be pretty prickly & abrupt. I think (and thought at the time) his abilities were overstated last season but at the same time think he deserved January. | |
