Does anyone else have the same view as me regarding music (probably the same as my Mothers generation too) in the fact that you reach a certain age and you can't be bothered/have no interest in current music and just go back to the music you grew up with? I appreciate Music is one of those things that can take you back to certain memorable times etc, but I just have absolute no interest in the current offerings, I just wonder if others feel the same?
80's music was what I grew up with and takes me back to special moments in my life, my teens consisted of a mixture of early nineties grunge (Pearl Jam were a fav) and also loved the rave scene, and Hip Hop, such a diverse mix of music, such a lucky time to grow up in.
Maybe I'm just turning into a grumpy old bastard.
