Wanted the potential threat that Iorfa offers going forward out wide. If he had have brought Iorfa on at centre half, then Tommy would have clearly been overlooked. That was not the case and an understandable decision from MM. If Webster is out for a while, you will see Tommy come in for him I guess. If he doesn't, then questions about Tommy's future will abound. |  |

And Tommy can score from corners and free-kicks. And it would have been a useful 15 minutes of game time for Tommy given we might well need him. It is pretty rare that Mick's substitutions change games. I know people will come up with the odd occasion when that has happened, but these are not the norm. | | | |

Because Iorfa was given licence to bomb forward to try and help get the equaliser.
Because Iorfa has played a lot more football than Smith of late.
Because Smith isn't fully fit.
Because Smith was awful at Cardiff (if memory serves).
Because it wasn't the game for bringing Smith on...Derby playing with pace on e counter attack.

I think it was the right change, Iorfa offered a fair bit going forwards and we were chasing the game,
DIdn't work, but one run in particular where Waggy played a 1-2 and he went the length of the pitch was excellent and lead to a chance |  |

Iorfa was the more positive, attacking sub. Allowed Spence to go CH, and Iorfa did a lot more going forward second half. He played well. |  |
