If/when he leaves in the summer

He will leave us with

Better valued assets player wise
More youngsters coming through the ranks
A future that looks up the table rather than down
A profit in transfer dealings

Not many managers can say the same

None of that can be disputed really, but its 100% time for him to leave.

He'll certainly leave the next boss in a better position than the one he inherited.

He has done wonders on sod all funds at this Club in his time here. I can only thank hi for his input. The only thing Ive not liked about his tenure, is his style of football. But he is honest and believes he is doing the best he can. Its shame thigs ahve soured so much between him and the fans. But if he leaves in the summer ( I think we need achange ), I wish him all the best and really do thank him for what he has done for ITFC .

Better valued assets player wise - Not difficult given the mess Jewell left behind.
More youngsters coming through the ranks - but as soon as the old favourites are fit, they struggle for game time or get sent on loan and replaced by lesser players (Emmanuel / Iorfa)
A future that looks up the table rather than down - Not sure about that.
A profit in transfer dealings - For all the good it does us in terms of improving the team (yes, I know that is a ME failing, not Mick)

It is sad to see that you can't honestly accept anything positive anymore. Inheriting the pj/rk mess and having no money took a lot to make us better

The real answer is somewhere in between the two.
