Yes, got the bus this morning because it was wet. Utterly pointless, far too loud and all but two (of maybe 10) were after the bus was moving.

I noticed it on the 65 in Ealing for the first time this weekend. What is the point ? Another Health and Safety requirement or has there been some actual accident(s) that has prompted them to introduce it ?
