Doesn't quite add up. Who has signed him and why? Why would Mick sign him if he is off in the summer, seems a waste of effort from Mick

He also called him awful before signing him. Thats how desperate we are for defenders and how rubbish his budget is, buck stops with the man at the top again.

Wow! That's a fantastic misreading of what Mick said about him.

Funny if it was meant as a joke, deeply worrying if you're serious.

He said he had a shocker i n a practice match, but he had seen enough in training to take a punt.

He'll be dirt cheap. We're probably paying his rent and tiny wages. Worth the risk for a club like us. If he turns out to be good we can sell him to Millwall for £750k.

Truly impaired.

I suspect he will go the same way as Kelly Youga and the Irish wingers.

He's still contracted and duty bound to the club and carrying out his business in a professional manner. If one of the scouts have identified a target for cheap, he's not going to turn around and say, "nah, i'm off in May". Its a dereliction of duty and might even breach terms of his contract for all we know.

What are you worrying about? If he's not up to it - what have we lost - if he's decent enough to play, we've done OK. If he turns into a Mings - it's a right result.

What have we got to loose. Who cares who's signed him or why, it's irrelevant.

He said he was a bundle of nerves in the practice match as the lad thought it was a trial MM obviously saw something and has signed him on until end of season.
Whatever you think of MM his punts are not that far off.

Signed on the recommendation of Gary Megson apparently, no idea why he should be getting involved.

Mick is a professional. Whatever the future holds in May, he'll keep going as he would unless directed otherwise.

You asked a question and you got a logical answer. Bit of a stupid, naive question but a question still the same, hence the answer. This is the pointless reply, not the previous one.
