Spuds recalled him after Alderweireld got injured.. Was always likely to go back out on loan again unless they suffered another injury to a first team defender.
Assume we either offered better terms or Sheff Utd weren't interested/couldn't re sign him. Thought he did well up there so far this season so looks a decent addition to the squad. |  | | |

I'm intrigued by the fact that he was recalled by spurs, and then immediately re-loaned out. I understand clubs recalling players if they are needed for their parent club, but there seems to be something inherently wrong that they just decide to move a player like that.
