Question to people with letters 11:23 - Jan 19 with 1156 views | WeirdFishes | Basically I’ve made a massive cock up and have had my mate buy all our away tickets so none of them show up on my account, he’ll get a letter and I won’t. Does the letter say there’s a day you have to buy the ticket by or can you ‘join in’ with the gold members sale and buy them together? Ta x

Question to people with letters on 11:29 - Jan 19 with 1115 views | ITFC_Forever | If you and your mate both have GCs, then you can both buy them then, whether you have a letter or not. Bit of a school-boy error to make. The club have used purchase history for years now, so every time you buy a ticket, it's non-sensical to not have the purchase against your name. Appreciate that doesn't work if you only buy on the turnstile at away games, but for most games, most people will know in advance if they are going to go, so why wouldn't you buy a ticket in advance as it is often cheaper and you get the purchased recorded against your name.

Question to people with letters on 12:05 - Jan 19 with 1049 views | PJH | It seems to me that both of you can get tickets from 0900 24th on your Gold Cards if you have both got GC's. Those that have got letters have until 0900 on 24th to book their tickets and it then goes to normal priority of GC/ST/SC/GS.
