They're ignoring a lot of that stuff. Only large groups of us in the street put them off.
There is a big park not far off, but we reckon they're too afraid of being robbed (by other junkies) if they go there. | |

Obviously I was being daft about the parks and wouldn't want them anywhere near those places where kids hang out, but yes, you probably have a point.
They must a young bunch if they don't have home to use between them.

Not young, but probably living in hostels and half-way houses (there are several in this part of town), where they wouldn't be allowed to do that, or homeless. | |

Only if it was heroin. It's probably something else, judging by their behaviour.
We wouldn't mind so much if they were just quietly getting stoned. It's the anti-social behaviour which is stressing people out. We have young women afraid to be on their own at home in case people make further attempts to break in. [Post edited 22 Jan 2018 22:36]
