If the rumours are true, Oxford Utd look like getting themselves Frank Lampard as a new manager. If that happens then he could get a few good favours when it comes to recruitment and loan deals. It could always be described as a gamble but i can see Frank Lampard being no mug and through his contacts he might be able to build an exciting, hard-working team. He could be the next Eddie Howe, a manager who inspires the supporters and motivates the team. |  |
