These TV award ceremonies seem to occur every three or four weeks or they just come around quickly. A big slap on the back for many that have egos that are far too big already. It just seems awards for the sake of awards, just can't stand watching them have to turn it over instantly.

It really is a celebration of the successful isn't it?

Kinda rubbing it in.

I avoid these things for other reasons though, like those 'catch-up' shows you get after episodes of some popular series has just aired.

I don't want to hear about the actors opinions, hopes, dreams or their favourite foods. I don't want to know the 1st thing about them.

They are just a character on my TV screen and anything beyond that ruins the programme I'm trying to get into.
