Wages will definitely be higher than Millwall, Preston, Burton and probably Brentford (was a year or so ago), Bolton, Sheffield United and QPR.

Possible, but I'm assuming their wage bill hasn't increased very significantly following promotion, it was not far off a third of ours - £17.78 million last year, up from up from £16.57 million the previous season - a couple of years ago (last figure I can find): https://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/football/sheffield-united/sheffield-united-6mill

You have to take into account that in recent years we have sold some players for decent profit. That is negative budget. |  | | |
