Is Skuse the only real decent one (even some would disagree with this)
Huws and Adeyemi I both like but until they actually play some games its difficult to call them a success or not.
Ward (frustrating player) and Anderson maybe at a push, but anyone else decent seems to have been a loan.

If he's so good at reading the game he'd find RB a lot easier than CM, it's a stroll in comparison. Granted, he wouldn't be a flying wing back, but that's not what the conversation was about, it's suggesting him at RB. He may be 'rusty' but training helps with that, so don't panic. Also, it would remove him from midfield meaning we can use better midfielders to play there.

While removing him from CM might be a win not sure how he'll fit in as RB. He's shown that he can't move the ball forward so would continue to pass back or sideways. |  | | |

It's not that I don't like Skuse, seems a nice chap, he's just not a very good footballer. The write up on Downes from the other night is EXACTLY how we should be crowing about our 'holding midfielder'......but that report was a million miles away from what Skuse does or offers us at any time. His good game is still average. (Appreciate that is L2).
My view of him is an equilibrium of your love for him.....and that's fine, all about opinions. I do enjoy our alternative view of him though, it actually makes me laugh. |  | | |

Also on this note another example ( as I do agree with mick mills on this occasion ) for example. Our full backs, knudsden and Spence let’s say next best positions would be center back. Where as say top full backs like Danny rose or Kyle walkers next best positions would likely be as wide midfielders.

You start by showing for the ball as much as you can, but after a few games you do less as you get used to the ball flying over your head. Then you try to make a few forward runs but find the ball is coming back your way fast so get caught out of position, so make less forward runs.
