My Grandad was the same.

Wireless instead of radio. |
My dad used "Wireless" for radio right the way up until he passed away. I picked it up from him and still say it on occasion.
Confuses the kids if I ask them to stick the wireless on, and has once resulted in the router being reset.
Similarly to what Bluebell said, kids don't seem to get "quarter to 3" they prefer 2:45 |  | | |
