Only seen the headline, but I assume that means that League clubs can't register anyone new after the start of the season.
Which will leave a club even more in the sh1t if a Prem / foreign side comes in for their players.
Edit: Just read the BBC's story - Prem sides have already voted for it.
But do both seasons start at the same time next season? I suspect not as it's a World Cup year.
And it still leaves clubs vulnerable to approaches from teams outside of England.
