Decades is a stretch but Rangers have been punished. Scottish football is poorer without a relatively strong Rangers and Celtic. Of course they should have been allowed to reform, in the same way lots of clubs have reformed and worked their way back up the pyramid. | | | |

It's pretty simple really. If Celtic had the guaranteed £100m annual Tv income available in the PL, they would be highly competitive. With their current TV income, they're probably a decent Championship team. | |
