Eric Dier has the capacity to pass forwards but picks the easy back pass nearly all the time. It's frustrating as he's actually not a bad passer.

This is a really young team who have just deservedly won in Holland and come within a soft last minute penalty of beating Italy.
We're not perfect but we're moving in the right direction and, for once, the whole looks greater than the sum of its parts.

Very impressed with Tarkowski. At least as good as Stones from what I've seen (but then I'd also argue Mawson is too - or at least very close).
The future's bright wrt England centre backs. Let's hope these up-coming guys continue to play regular football week in week out and carry on developing.
