Brentford have a model which they stick to and the manager is a part of the model and not the leader of it.
Rangers doesn't count.
Forest are a bit of a basket case anyway.

Brentford only implemented that policy in full after Warburton left IIRC - it was the reason he decided to leave in the season he took them to the playoffs |  | | |
