He might be great, he might be hopeless, but I'd more than settle for him being Keeganesque.
I think Lampard comes across as the better communicator and deeper thinker of the two of them, personally, and my gut feeling is that he will be the one to have a decent career as a manager. |  | | |

Intelligence is an asset, of course, unless it creates a gap between the manager and the players. Emotional intelligence, the ability to read people and understand what makes them tick, is more important.

I posted in another thread and said out of the 2 of them I could see Lampard be appointed over Gerrard. Reason being Harry, who is 1 of ME's trusted football friends could act as an advisor/consultant upstairs, or a director of football. The ITFC job would be a great start for either Stevie G or Lamps, as they would be given time and would receive no interference from ME.
