Certainly sounds it. I hope this does mean we are getting club level changes, not just a new manager + some words that don't mean anything.

It’s going to be a new era with a new manager. - Any new mananger is a new era, nothing new there.

We are going to try something different - leads us towards a possibly younger appointment, not overly surprising given MM departure.

It’s going to be calculated but it’s going to be different - so, the calculated risk will likely be with a younger manager but not financial risk.

EDIT: In essence, different but the same.
