I wouldn't know how much blame lies with her. I don't know anything about her. If she's a professional she's just doing her job. Was she married, was it clandestine from her side? I don't know and these would all affect the context.
I don't think particularly highly of her if that's any help. She's not the President of the USA and expected to hold high values either - so I can see why Trump gets the brunt.
