One thing noticeable about Paul Hurst is that he always plays with swingers. For his Shrewsbury side he has had the ever present Alex Rodman who tends to cut inside and Shaun Whaley, very paey and direct wingers. Give the realms of our budget and wage structure. I want to hear some genuine suggestions for wingers we should sign ?? (Or do we sick with Grant Ward and Danny Rowe)

Unfortunately it's the best way to get good players on our budget. The flair players would be the place that I wouldn't mind loans as much. I would probably rather have permanent signings as fullbacks and wingers on loan rather than the other way round.

Scunthorpe have quite the midfield...Hakeeb Adelakun is a unit on one wing, Josh Morris on the left and then Holmes who flitters from right or more central. Want to see we were linked with Morris a while back!?!
Carey had a great season too, not to mention Matt Grimes at Northampton although he's been on loan from Swansea, can imagine him being shipped out to the Championship next season.

I think thats one of the reasons we weren't competing for the playoffs the last few years. But it's because we don't have the transfer funds to fill the holes. If we did then I'm sure we'd be doing much better but we don't so let's try and get in the playoffs with help from some very talanted loan players.

That is one arguement but we have seen the likes of PNE& Millwall go a bit further toward that goal.
TOwn have become static in more ways than one, improving scouting and fitness + injury recovery should be prime objectives
