what is going on; who is talking to who, what terms are on offer, what is being asked for etc. Why do so many people fill the silence while the search goes on with speculation such as no Ross / Hurst no Plan B? Who actually knows they are Plan A and ME is stuffed if he gets neither?

Really? Did we announce also when appointing McCarthy that we would wait almost 2 months?
No we didn't because we needed him asap. Well guess what we also needed someone sooner than now. For anyone to infer the other option other is anyone other than Hurst is deluding themselves - i am over the Ross situation but now we are holding out for one option. After 2 months we have 1 option [Post edited 24 May 2018 12:12]

I was talking of my own experience in business. We do not know what was the process behind McCarthy's appointment. Jewell left when the season was in full flow., but I would venture to suggest that it was not just a case of Jewell going and McCarthy arriving immediately. | | | |
